I got to the resort at 3:45pm and was told they didnt have a room available for me at the time. I asked to about what time did they think I would be able to get a room. The front desk replied they dont know but will call me whenever they have a room available for me. I finally went back and got checked into a room at 5. The staff didnt even try to notified me that my room was ready.

We had a difficult time checking in. Check-in was supposed to be at 4pm. Arived at 3 pm there was no rooms available. That was ok came back at 4pm still no rooms available they knew we were waiting on the property. They said they would call when a room was available. Tried back closer to 5pm was finally able to get in a room and was given a hard time when i asked why they had not called.

I think this is a great family get away. We have stayed for a few years on new years and had a blast. This year we didn't know the waterpark closed at 830pm. We could have stayed until 1030 then did some games. We did jump for and hour on the trampoline which was great.
