Fun close to hime get a way we do once a year. Was truly disappointed however about water park hours being decreases 4-8pm only, no option to go in mornings before check out. Hotel seemed like maintenance/cleaning were having difficulties keeping up.

I am sorry you were disappointed. We always have abbreviated hours in the non-peak season, as there is just not enough traveling during the week. We only added the Thursday hours a couple of weeks ago after evaluating the need of our guests. We will be open again for full time hours again come Summer. We hope you will return during that time!

Have always wanted to visit this resort, and was just what I thought! My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Next time would love to stay 2 days and just enjoy the property.

I thought the place was nice and clean. The staff was also nice and informative. I thought the water park was not that big, perfect for 8 year olds. The food was good. Overall stay was pleasant.

It was a great choice for celebrating my twins’ 7th birthday! The rooms were spacious and nice. The water park is awesome! And the staff are all friendly and helpful.

Suggestion to keep a path clear from the hotel to mini golf. We wanted to go, but quickly realized we would have to walk through water in our shoes because the tables we crowded between the door to the water park and the stairs to get up to golf and no way to get through, and to go around meant getting wet. & The hide-a-bed was more comfortable than the actual bed. The bed was not comfortable.

Relaxing

Pros: Grounds and rooms were all very well kept and clean.
Cons: Dining experience.
Location: cute little ice cream show across the street. Walking down the pier.
Facility is gorgeous, loved strolling along the lake. The Smores/fire was cute and enjoyable. Waterpark was not crowded at all, lots of open tables. Bedroom/loft was amazing. Very clean I felt very comfortable staying in the room. Bar & Grill not so great. Asked for welldone burger... my husbands came back pretty pink. He sent back. I then ate mine and my fries and finished my drink and his wasn't done yet. We asked 3 times said should be soon. Finally we said forget it, paid our bill and left. That was the most disappointing part of our stay.
