I rarely stay at Holidayinn expresses, but this one was a 5 star. From the time we arrived and breakfast. The great customer service was appreciated traveling with 2 boys for the first time. Thanks guys at front desk for your kindness.

The room was dirty I left by 3 I literally slept in the chair and paid 130 for a room that was nasty. I called and no one ever returned my call.

I had booked a room at another hotel in the immediate area on November 1st and experienced problems with obtaining the reservation info. They would not honor an itinerary #. The staff at the other hotel did not successfully resolve the booking problem, so I left that hotel and went to Holiday Inn Express. They were very professional in securing a room for me. They contacted the booking facility and resolved the issue. My corridor and room were very quiet.

Wish I had picked somewhere else.

Pros: The location was close to the highway.
Cons: Have bathroom supplies that work.
I thought travelocity bookings gave a price break, but once there I found out that the hotel rate I got was the regular rate. The hairdryer did't work. The breakfast was so-so.
