The staff were excellent. All were polite, helpful and cheerful. We were given extra bedding as the room was a little cold. Very clean and a good breakfast.

Room was freezing, window appeared to let in a bad draft and was not easy to heat up room. However I have never had nicer staff than the man at the front desk when checking in and getting drinks. Very lovely and helpful!

The hotel location is over the road from the Gyle shopping centre and the tram stop to and from Edinburgh Airport. My room was perfectly clean, however the mattress on my bed was lumpy so not the best night’s sleep I’ve ever had unfortunately.
