She did have to deal with 1 particular couple that was not staying at the hotel but they were rude and lying to her. She handled it very well. "

"It was a really nice hotel just a little dated and you could see where repairs were done on the ceiling and wall. Jacuzzi tub was super clean and worked great!! Didnt have balcony access as they had screwed plates into the door. A little disappointed about that. Bed was spring matress abd caused back issues but was clean. "
