Friendly customer service, including multiple offers of water bottles to help with the heat. Easy and quick check-in, no issues at interface between hotel and booking site. Quick access to I-495. Shower didn't have an appropriate space for shampoo/conditioner (hotel-sized). Surface lot near the hotel filled up quickly, but an ample-sized parking deck was available around the back.
