The location is fabulous, the breakfast hearry and for all likes/needa, the decoration modern and tasteful, the staff helpful. I would definitively recommend & return. I do think the staff should negotiate the taxi fares for the guests because the taxus are quite abusive just with the fact they puck you up at the hotel knowing you are a tourist & it takes away from the fine experience. The pools are worth visiting. Definitively a perfect choice & I AM picky!

In Florence, a taxi fixed rate is in place for reaching the city centre from the airport and viceversa, depending on the day and time when the taxi is needed (week day, holiday, nighttime) plus an extra fee for each piece of luggage - however, it starts from a minimum of € 22,00 (with no luggage on a week day) and it rarely exceeds € 30,00. I hope this information can help for a future stay and we hope to have the occasion to welcome you soon again in the future. Best regards

Wonderful hotel in the perfect location

Pros: Very clean, luxurious, comfortable bed, free welcome drinks, free Handy mobile smartphone to use during your stay
Cons: The variety of breakfast food could be improved and should include fresh-squeezed orange juice. The WiFi connection was poor. Room needs more plugs.
Location: Quick walk to the duomo and the train station.
I had a great stay here! The staff are very welcoming as soon as you walk in the door and will do everything they can to answer your questions. The room was small (like most rooms in Italy), but the bathroom was huge! It felt like the floor was heated in the bathroom as well though I didn't see a switch for that anywhere. The bed was very comfortable which is an absolute must after long days of exploring the city. The room came with access to the gym and spa facilities. Although I didn't use them during my stay (lots to do and see in Florence), the staff gave me a quick tour when I first arrived and they looked very nice. The staff is very willing to pre-book museum tickets for you, though I suggest you do that yourself before arriving in Florence because they are sold out quickly during the tourist season. The room includes a Handy mobile smartphone which you could use during your stay for Google Maps, internet, making free calls to select countries which is quite a cool feature I haven't seen elsewhere. A few things here could use improvement. They could expand the breakfast buffet and offer fresh-squeezed orange juice like my other hotels in Rome and Venice. The room has about 4 functioning plugs so if you have lots of things to charge it becomes a bit difficult. The WiFi connection definitely needs improvement. I got better Wifi elsewhere in the city. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends and would not hesitate to return again.

Best Stay of our honeymoon!

Pros: They offered a honeymoon welcome package in which I surprised my husband with heart of roses on bed with champagne and fruit bowl.
Cons: Everything was amazing!
Location: The duomo cathedral is a 5min walk away as for the main shopping area as well. You can walk to the old bridge, only 15min away. Great location!
It was amazing! My husband and I really felt like we were on our honeymoon welcome package with roses and champagne. Along with the day spa couples session we recieved. So relaxing. They had a seprate spa downstairs with a huge jacuzzi room. The hotel is located in the heart of Florence near the Duomo so you can walk everywhere from here. Highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Lovely hotel close to Duomo and Mercato Central

Pros: The location is great. The rooms area very comfortable. The included breakfast provided a good start to the day. Loved the candy on the pillows!
Cons: The shower takes a little tinkering to figure out how it works. The coffee could also be improved.
Location: Santa Mario del Fiore, Mercato Centrale, Santa Maria Novella,the Medici Chapels, and San Lorenzo are very nearby. Ponte Vecchio is a 10min walk.
The hotel has a friendly and professional staff. Check in and check out were quick and easy. The rooms and common areas are nicely decorated. Room and bathroom of junior suite were quite large. There is a restaurant and spa on site. Internet connection was good. The breakfast was very nice although the coffee could be improved. The location is within walking distance of the train station and all sights.
