Was my 1st time there and I enjoyed it. Quiet building. Clean room. Staff friendly no problems with check in. Only little small thing that wasnt a big deal and didnt ruined my stay was issue with the shower handle it got struck a few times and was hard at 1st to turn it but i managed it. Also would of like the tv to been a smart tv to watch Netflix like other hotels but still i had my ipad soo not a big inconvenience just a feedback.

Hotel near RiverWalk and Millennium Park, easy walking distance to various sights. Parking a rental car was tricky. We’d suggest Uber into city and local transportation.

The front receptionist/staff was lazy. Credit card machine was working properly when checking in and had to scan my card over 5 times. I had asked for housecleaning as you have to request it vs them doing it automatically. I asked 2 seperate times once on the phone and in person. When i got back late that evening room was still not cleaned. We gave up on the cleaning as we can tell staff was really not focused on customers. I also tried to have a late check out for 1 hour later than the normal check out time and was denied. Overall great location but customer service is lagging greatly.

Never made it to the property because the date that I had reserved is NOT what ended up on my itinerary. Even after buying the insurance, I was told I could not change it to the correct date. That I could only cancel and make a make a new booking and have to pay the fee all over again. The whole thing is a scam and customer service was NOT helpful whatsoever

The property is central to almost everything. That made planning a bit easier. Parking was very expensive and the closest I was able to find was farther than I would have liked and in a not so pleasant area.
