Upon arriving & checking in Aurelio was fantastic; he was easy to communicate with & quite attentive. I mentioned my birthday & he immediately waived the parking fee for entire stay & graciously after we entered our room appeared at the door with a beautifully decorated chocolate cake in celebration of my special day! I truly appreciate the entire front desk staff throughout the entire stay as well as the housekeeping staff. Everything was wonderful & fully exceeded my expectation! Thank you EB & I’ll see you again very soon😊

The hotel was very well located near the airport. We arrived early due to early arrival in Miami and were accommodated with our room immediately even though check I. Isn’t until 4 pm. Very friendly staff. Beautiful large room. Would stay there again!
