Our room was not available at check in. Staff was unfriendly and unorganized. Room was fairly clean but should have been better. Dirt on the floors, table top not wiped off.I booked a room for two, but only had partial supplies for one ( coffee for one and one washcloth etc). Would choose somewhere different on the next trip.

Service at the bar wasn’t great, they only had about 4 chairs, had to take chairs from the dinning room. Also bar closes to early 9pm! Besides that good place to just overnight.

Pass on Radisson RED MIA
Waited 45 minutes at the airport for shuttle which “arrives every 30 minutes” according to a call to the hotel. Then took a $20 cab ride to the hotel. First room assigned #424 was muggy, smelled like musty urine and AC unit not functioning. Politely asked for a different room. AC working in new room. Bathroom has no place to set a shave kit, tooth brush or anything except on the desk outside the bathroom or the toilet seat. Bed was decent. No complimentary anything in the morning including a cup of coffee. I mean even Motel 6 offers coffee. Clearly they have staffing issues. Whole facility seems “unloved”, not very clean and generally uncared for. Shame on the hotel room designers (my profession and the business I am in) for not considering basic things like a place to set something in the bathroom and only 2 steel “classroom” chairs to “lounge” on. Shuttle was running for our return to the airport. Thank god….couldn’t wait to leave. All this for ~$180/night.
