Elevators are hazard, I gothe room is not adequate for a stay, no adequate coffe maker, no microwave, shower was slippery I fell because was not shower mat,

It was not quiet at all. The walls were so thin. We could hear babies crying and another rooms tv. The staff was not friendly at all. A smile would have been nice. The bartender was attentive and nice. I tried to purchase a $3.09 M&M bag of candy from the front and handed the lady a $5 and she said she did not have change. There was zero efforts or even offering to comp it to the room. We were told housekeeping would visit every day but they did not and we had to go down and request towels and refills for things. I will honestly not stay her again.

The Aloft chain has a lovely aesthetic and I know what to expect from the rooms. No complaints about this location, and I had a pleasant stay. I'd also like to commend Antonio, who works at the front desk and was able to help get me a very early check in since I arrived in the morning. Thanks!
