Disappointed that they made you pay for the parking 20$ a day when Valet parking was the only option. It took at least 40 minutes to get the vehicle and we were late to things we booked because of this. Little out dated in some of the rooms. I had 2 rooms and was made to pay for resort fees twice because of this. But it was fairly clean.

This is valet only service which has hidden charges of $20 daily plus resort fees as well as an additional $20 every time you request your vehicle

Loved the beach front balcony! The staff was great and helpful. We had a great stay. This is an easy going, older resort. If your high class bougie don't bother. This is a great resort.

We stayed for 5 nights. Our room was clean and comfortable. Only real issue was the patio door being so hard to open due to the door track. Every time it was opened it woke someone in the room. It was loud, and extremely hard to open. Location of hotel was great, beds were super comfortable, staff was amazing, elevators not so much. Sometimes we waited 20 minutes to get on the elevator. The service elevators for staff and construction workers were out of order so it made it even worse with time for elevators. One hotel staff told us it was too expensive to fix them. The pool area was great, comfy chairs, towels provided. Pool was clean and nice and warm. Beach access was great, was happy there was a ramp since I use a walker. We didnt use valet service since we didnt have a car, but they were friendly when we used a taxi or uber. Security was great and friendly. Laundry facilites were sub par. 7 washers and about 10 dryers. We had to wait to use a washer and people left their stuff in the dryers to the point we had to remove their stuff to dry ours. They need more machines for the amount of people in the hotel. Especially since they have people that own condos in the hotel. There wasnt great ventilation in the laundry area, it was about 100 degrees in the room and then having to wear a mask. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat!

So disappointed! The place was filthy and literally crumbling in many areas. The main restaurant was closed. We were given the run around on that. 2 simply couldn’t tell us the hours, One told us they would be open in the morning, they weren’t. The breakfast menu at the snack counter was a joke. We were told they only have what we see there despite the menu, which was only muffins. The last 3 days they didn’t even have juice. Only soda for breakfast?! The construction started by roughly 530 am, too loud to sleep through. Our patio door should have been replaced 10 years ago. Paper thin and very rough and corroded. Zero cleaning of the room for all 5 nights so sand was everywhere. They didn’t take our garbage, we had to go looking for towels. Most employees were not friendly or welcoming except the nice concierge gentleman and the valet attendants. A couple were outright rude like the young lady in the fitness center. Very rude. No sauna. Pool side restaurant was good but grossly over priced even for Miami. There is a privately owned pizza joint in the basement that was good. He was super friendly and very reasonable. The only good thing about this place was that it is right on the beach and the pool is very warm. It should not be considered a resort. It only offers a poolside bar/grill with limited hours and a pool. Still charged the resort fees despite not having a resort environment. 3 stars at best. Price should reflect that. Not at all as pictured! Old pix for sure!
