Room was dirty...hair in tub, bedding looked reused, stained furniture. Nothing but "we'll look into it" from the desk staff. Add in the rip off pricing for everything including the mini bar and I am marking this one as Avoid.

The hallway had years of dirt accumulation along the baseboards on the floors. No one has ever vacuumed the edges. It was immediately noticeable and distracting to me. I would have volunteered to take a canister vacuum and hose and cleaned my floor so that I could stop thinking about it; it would have taken me maybe 20 minutes. Just makes me wonder if something so noticeable isn’t clean, what else gets let go on this properly?

Headboard of one of the beads worn and unappealing. A charge for bottle water in the room was unbelievable. Very expensive
