Out of shampoo, found housekeeping and received shampoo. Then discovered we were out of HAIR conditioner. Couldn't find housekeeping so stopped at the front desk. They sent up maintenance to fix our AIR Conditioner. Stopped at front desk two more times to ask for hair conditioner (even showed them a picture of the exact hair conditioner they use). Still none delivered to the room before we left. Deposit was processed as a charge, still discussing this between the credit card company and HMABL. Loved - the Starbucks staff and the coffee. And the pool/hot tub.

Our flight came in over 4 hours early (we were anticipating delays). Our room wasn't ready, so they held our bags and we enjoyed the pool, the sun, and the iguanas. Short walk to many excellent restaurants. Having a shuttle to the Miami Pier was also very helpful. Great stay, hope to do it again soon.
