Pool was dirty and 50 degrees ,kids had nothing to do with out a poo we could have stayed at many other places no hot water in the building to take showers. Mary White

I apologize you were not aware of the renovation and you found stink bugs in your suite! While they are very common in this area, we try our best to keep them out of our rooms. We hope to have a second chance in the future to exceed your expectations and share the many changes we are making at the property!
