Dirty rooms, charged me twice for advertised as "free" continental breafast After telling me personally it was free. Pool was closed up and its almost july. Terrible front desk service. Couldn't get fresh towels after staying 4 days. Wouldn't even give reciept of the final bill. Had to request it from travelocity. Seriously, there are way better places to stay than this 1970's dated nasty dump with pea green and gold room finish and brown sticky carpet. The bed matress was yellow = disgusting.

We apologize for this past stay and we will share your feedback with the appropriate departments in an effort to improve our guest experience. When booking with third parties like Travelocity we do not have access to provide a bill for Room and Tax. We hope this past stay has not completely tarnished your perception of the hotel as we would love another opportunity to restore you confidence.

Close to the action

The hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to lots of cool shopping, restaurants and bars. Nine enough room. But the hotel was extremely noisy you could hear noise coming through the vents and the paper thin walls.

Cons: How about smiling when a guest arrives? I get that you might just be ending a long shift, but that's the way it goes. It's the service industry.
Curt desk staff. Construction in lobby area. Loud guests to the point where another guest was shouting in the vent to be quiet. Would have been funny if it wasn't at 2am. Room was clean, well kept.

Perfect Stopover

Pros: Clean, friendly, and professional.
Cons: NA
Location: Shopping, college tours, and business.
This is my go-to hotel when I visit my son who attends college in the area (Towson, MD). The facilities are always in great shape, and the staff is friendly and professional. It's a no-nonsense but very comfortable hotel conveniently located near dining and shopping. Just a stone's throw from Goucher College. Well-equipped for business or leisure.

Nice hotel for a conference!

Pros: The location and working with the staff
Cons: The number of meeting rooms. Because our conference is so large, with several concurrently running sessions, we arranged to have sessions offsite.
Location: Since the mall is across the street, with shops, restaurants, and other activities. And very easy to get to. The location was great!
The accommodations were nice, although I didn't spend a lot of time in my room sleeping! The staff working at the conference was very friendly and helpful. Everyone from the front desk to the wait staff made us feel welcome. We had a couple of sessions where it was required to turn a classroom until a dining facility. They did it quickly and and efficiently. Speaking of dining, the food was delicious and well presented. With 600 people attending on one day of the conference, they arranged it so that everyone was through the buffet lines in about 25 minutes. The location was ideal for those who like to venture - - it's directly across from the town center mall.

Pretty hotel. Thin walls.

I liked everything about this hotel but unfortunately the guys in the next room were drinking beer and partying all night. I was awake until 2 pm. Might stay here again but this has put me off.

Great location if attending events at Towson Unive

My family stayed here while attending a lax tournament at Towson University. Rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable after full days of lacrosse! Staff was very friendly! Just a couple notes! Don't forget to have your parking ticket validated at the front desk prior to leaving the parking garage otherwise you have to park your car and run back into the hotel lobby! The breakfast menu was a bit over priced! Two egg breakfast was $20! Stick to the breakfast buffet! The omelette bar is very good! Great location to the mall and many fun places for dinner each night! Avoid "Friday's" at the mall! Nice staff but under staffed! Very close to the university and a perfect location if you are there for an event!

Snow storm troubles!

Pros: Everything :-)
Cons: The carpet freshening scent was very strong upon arrival, but with the fan going during my stay, it improved.
Location: I stayed during a snowstorm, so nothing was opened, as expected.
I stayed at the Sheraton because it was a couple miles from my work. Being in the fertility business, I needed to get to work during blizzard Jonas. The staff at the Sheraton were all snowed in too and went beyond the call to make my stay as comfortable as possible, with limited staffing. I booked a Club room and for a few more dollars, was able to take advantage of the Club lounge 24/7. The breakfast each morning was great and Starbucks was available all day. The Lounge offered hors d'oeuvres in the afternoon, which was a welcomed touch. The snow removal crew did an amazing job! Even after getting stuck heading to work in the midst of the storm, an angel heading in to the hotel helped me free my SUV. Kuddos to all!
