I like that the property was nice on the inside and fairly clean. It felt like my room hadn't been used in a while and probably not since it was cleaned last. I did not care for the parking at all, but was appreciative of the discounted parking for the weekend.

The property was very nice. The staff however were ok. They did nothing to properly greet me. They were not up beat and cheerful. They were just their to get paid.

Nice view of the city. Unfortunately, was told that the airport shuttle didn't start until after we had to leave for the airport. Shuttle was one of the reasons I chose this hotel.

We were assigned a room that was already occupied and given a key to enter it, but the occupants thankfully had the bar latch engaged. Also, the button on the phone for ringing guest services was not working, the tv remote didn't work, and there was only one type of pillow available for all rooms - a type that provided no support and left me with a sore neck. Finally, the breakfast food was horrible. Ended up eating the nuts and cookies I had saved from the plane because the waffles were hard as bricks and tasted like cardboard. Oh, and the server had her mask down under her nose and sneered at me when I told her it was falling down.

Paid parking to garage attached to Hotel. No hot water in shower. Comfortable bed and AC that works. What did I expects it’s a Sheraton after all.
