Our visit was Jan 1, 2023. It was our 2nd visit. We absolutely loved the place and restaurant. At check in there was an extremely rude female customer ahead of us and the clerk (white female w/a beautiful accent) didn’t get her name. Handled the customer with grace, patience and professionalism. She then compensated us for the inconvenience and situation with the irate customer. Your employee was great!
