The hotel is beautiful with lots of things to do. We were there for an event and some people on our floor didn’t respect the quiet hours. It was handled by police and the manager the next day gave us a free nights stay. Great customer service!

Very relaxing. Room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant had great selections and very friendly staff.the check in staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel

We had a Christmas party there and the place was beautiful. Very nicely decorated for the season. The rooms were big and clean with comfortable beds.

Ok hotel with lots of not-so-greats

Pros: Close to our destination.
Cons: Cleanliness, cleanliness, cleanliness! Update the carpet in the whole darn place! More sound deadening if you are going to hold dance parties late!
This hotel looks and feels like once upon a time it was really nice. Not so much anymore. While the entry way and main lobby and bar areas are relatively updated and nice, the minute you turn the corner into the guest hallways, you are sent right back to 1970. And not only is it a time warp, but its DIRTY. The carpet, curtains and walls in the hallway to our room was filthy. There was even a spot on the wall that looked like blood. Carpet was stained all over the place and all the corners were dirty. I was even more shocked when we opened the room door and while it was still a bit dated, was no where near as dirty as the hallways THANK GOD! We only stayed here because we were attending a wedding 10 minutes away, and there weren't many options that close. Also, on check in, I would have greatly appreciated being made aware of the event right below us that was to take place so maybe we could have moved to a location where that wouldn't cause us to lay awake waiting for it to end! The booming bass music until about 12:30 was ridiculous! DEAR TURF VALLEY - CLEAN THOSE HALLWAYS & UPDATE PLEASE!
