I found the staff extremely pleasant and accommodating. The hotel is lovely and the area couldn't be more convenient. The breakfast room is worth another star all by itself!

We absolutely loved the hotel the location of it the stuff all of them are very helping very caring and they tried to talk to you in English Italian a bunch of languages its great I will definitely go back there when I get to Florence again Me piacce molto grazie mille Laure, abbi and nathan

Great Location, very close to the SM Firenze train terminal. Near some really great restaurants. Our room was comfortable. The bathroom has really good water pressure. Breakfast had a lot of variety and very typical of the Italian breakfast offered in other hotels.

Close to all of the attractions and train station!

Location: Near the train station and in the heart of the city. A few minutes walk to the Duomo.
We stayed two nights here. The staff was very friendly and helped us book a few tours in the city. The breakfast was included and was very good with many different options. Our room was clean and comfortable. You can't beat the location! Close to all of the main attractions in the city. We would stay here again next time we visit Florence.

made me feel part of Florence

Location was the most important factor. It was just a walk distance from all the places we wanted to see. The breakfast was excellent, good food and plenty of it!. Courteous staff and the building and interior design was in harmony with the overall of the city. We didn't want any Vegas style vacation in there, we just wanted to feel in Florence, and the hotel served the purpose very well.
