Close proximity to FLL. It was total chaos trying to get a shuttle from the cruise port to the hotel. Had to call five times before I contacted anybody the seemed to know or care about the shuttle service. All that and there was an extra charge for the shuttle

Very clean and well-kept hotel and a really fantastic room for the money. The one glaring issue that must be pointed out is the difficult access to the parking facilities. Before 9 AM, I was told by the front desk clerk, you cannot access any of the upper floors except the ground floor, of the parking garage from floor two, three and four. Therefore, with no elevator or stare access to these floors, you need to hike the switchback all the way up to your car on whatever floor you are parked on. That’s a major pain in the neck. I was parked on the third floor and had to lug all of my stuff up to my car since I was checking out at 7 AM. If it were not for this major inconvenience, this hotel would get a solid 4 1/2 star rating. The neighborhood around the hotel is kind of sketchy, but then again this is a Airport vicinity hotel, so it comes with the territory. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying overnight and need to catch an early flight or if you’re getting in late, but management needs to take into consideration access from the ground floor to the fourth floor to the parking garage. Even upon check-in I met up with one guest who was completely befuddled and confused about how to get into the hotel from floors two, three and four, which is an impossibility.

I was woken up at 4:30 am by a loud party and music/shouting in the room next door. I called the desk and they didn’t do anything about it. I paid way too much for a room after a long trip to have a bad nights sleep.

The person at the counter could not find my reservation for about 5-10 minutes. There was a bug underneath the duvet, crawling on the sheets.

Terrible checkin, checkout, wrong room assignment when we arrived at 1am, told us we can checkout at noon, then kicked us out at 11. Terrible experience. I don’t know how I booked this hotel.

Entrance was difficult to find. Kind of a very bare bones hotel. Room wasn't ready at check in. Told to leave our luggage in an unsecured meeting room. Didnt feel real comfortable with that. Dialed operator at 3:30pm on Monday to ask how to make a wake up call. Call went to front desk. Desk agent said he would take my 6:30am wake up call. He didnt confirm room number or time so I repeated it a second time. I did not receive my wake up call but thankfully woke up on my own. Room had no view. Faced the wall of a parking garage. Room itself was nice and clean. Pool was nice but would have been better if it was heated.
