The biggest disappointment is that you didn't honor hotel.com awards. if you affiliate with them you should have a "pay now" option that enables customers to utilize this benefit. I wouldn't stay here again because of it.

Nice Place To Stay
Nice, quiet environment. The mattress is too firm for my back, hip and shoulder with my issue. Great breakfast. Front desk is pleasant. I left my night gown in the bathroom after showering. I realized that evening that I left it at the hotel. I called and the front desk didn't have a notation in the computer but to leave a message on the manager's voice-mail. The manager called the following morning stating that they had it and I picked it up neatly contained in plastic bag at the front desk. I was elated and complimented the staff.
