"I love love love this hotel out of all the hotels I stayed at during our Spain trip. The staff was great! The location is close to everything. We had a lovely room on the 7th floor over looking the Gran Via. We enjoyed the view from our balcony. Everyday we heard live musicians play their stringed instruments from below. It was simply beautiful. Many reviewers complained about the street noise, but I wasnt bothered by it in the 7th floor. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was nice with a double sink. If I travel back to Madrid, I will definitely stay here again. So convenient to stores, the Metro, shops, and restaurants."
