Furnace in two rooms now don’t work...had to move rooms and the new room furnace was so loud that it kept us up all night...I have recordings of the loud noise

This was a beautiful new hotel. Very clean, quiet and downtown within walking distance to practically everything. The room was very spacious with super high ceilings and even though we didn't have time to use it the exercise equipment and instructional channels in the room were a nice touch. 11/10 would definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable room. helpful & friendly staff but DO NOT order food unless your not trying to be somewhere at a certain time. Didn’t visit the bar so that may be different but breakfast service was unacceptable. Front desk staff was very accommodating.

Extremely upset I wasn’t informed prior to booking that there was no valet and the only parking was a public parking garage. Made it extremely hard to get all our luggage from parking garage to the hotel. We got our keys and when we got to our room and opened the door there was already somebody booked in that room!! We will never return to this hotel.
