We checked in late and did not read the Covid policy statement inserted with our keys. The statement read that there would be no cleaning or room service for stays less than three days. We stayed for five days and the trash was never emptied we were never given clean towels when we asked about it on our third day they said they would do it and still nobody showed up the garbage was piled in the room and there wasn’t a clean towel to be found. I found it interesting that they printed a COVID plan titled to keep our guests healthy but we could not find one employee wearing a mask.

Nice hotel, weird location

Pros: Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good dining area.
Location: Carnegie Museum of Natural history, The Cathedral of Learning (University of Pittsburgh), the Water Front, numerous old and very beautiful cathedrals
I would advise against having a car - use uber instead. There is no parking near the hotel - in fact, there is really no parking anywhere in Pittsburgh. It's a nightmare to drive in, so uber it or taxi it!

Nice hotel in East Liberty

The general experience of this hotel was OK. Two issues arose during the weekend. the main thing was that our room was never cleaned during the course of our stay. The second was a little out of the control of the hotel but a significant amount of construction was taking place outside overnight including heavy machinery and road paving. The check in people were very nice however the process was kind of time-consuming and a long line had grown at the front desk. Parking around the hotel this particular weekend was also a pain because of significant road closures and construction So overall it could've been worse but that was just my experience on this visit. Not one of my more favorite hotel visits...

Hotel Indigo, Highland Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA

First of all, they told me that you, Travelocity, were to refund $400 to me for incidentals but I don't recall charges made by you. So, I currently have a charge of $400 on my ledger. I didn't spend anything extra without paying cash for it. Next, it's beautiful but has no soundproofing on laminate bedroom floors. My neighbor woke me up just walking on the floor with high heels. I don't like the way they do business. Somebody owes me $400.00.
