Parking seemed to be a problem as we had 2 rooms and 3 cars. Also our group was attending a game at PNC park on the day we checked out and could not leave cars in hotel parking lot. Park is across the street from the hotel. Everything else was great!!!

It was not the room we paid for. They wanted to charge extra for parking. The toilet is broken and constantly running. Light bulbs were burnt out. Did not have enough towels upon entering the room. We were promised a kitchenet and a door on the bedroom. Also no tv in the bedroom. No room to store clothes.

We booked this last minute due to water issues at our house on a holiday weekend. The staff was welcoming and friendly. We requested extra towels for the room and they were brought up almost instantly!

We stayed here for one night while visiting relatives in the area. We liked the location, and the room was clean. The only minor complaint about the room is that it was a little noisy due to the heating/AC unit and the continuously-running bathroom exhaust system. We ended up keeping the bathroom door closed during the night to reduce that noise source. We were quite tired, so we didn't have problems sleeping, but others who are more sensitive to ambient noise might.
