The room was extremely dirty. There was sticky stuff on the table surfaces and the microwave the carpet had visible dirt on it and so did the furniture. The bathroom had not been cleaned.

I booked a room with a view of the river, when we arrived there were no river view rooms, their advertisements On your websites were a lie.
