The hotel is well located. Unfortunately, that's about the only thing I can praise this branch for. The staff members are between unprofessional and not memorable. The receptionist was coughing throughout check-in and the valet parking cashier was extremely rude. The room was clean but the hotel entrance and its surroundings looked old and dirty. Not a positive memorable stay.

The restaurant Thirteen served until midnight which was very helpful since I was at the office working until after 10 PM. The service was excellent. The chef personally came out to check on my nut allergies that I mentioned when ordering dessert. The food was very good, fresh. Hotel service was very good, helpful staff all around. The small shop had the one thing that I forgot to pack. The breakfast in the lounge on floor 23 had a large assortment of options. Very good experience. Thank you!

The staff was awesome. I told them at the front desk it was my kids first time in Philadelphia and they went out of their way to give us a room with a good view. My kids looked at city hall for an hour. They loved it. Everyone was polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. All my trips to Philly will be at the Marriott. Thank you Marriott for an awesome and unforgettable trip.
