They had me change rooms 3 times

We finally got to the hotel at 9:00 pm after a two-hour ordeal at the airport. We waited an hour for a two-doubles room that I booked online a few weeks before for 4 adults, then the hotel told us they were “out of doubles”. They did rectify the issue by giving us two king rooms, which was very nice!!
