First time in Philly and we ended up picking a great hotel. The Westin Philadelphia was perfect. The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and courteous and location was great. We will be visiting often to come to Temple and we have found our place to stay .

my family had a relaxing stay at the westin. it's centrally located, easy walking to several sites and near rittenhouse square with great restaurant options and shopping. the hotel was warm and comfortable. our room was a good size for me, my husband and son. the staff was responsive to our requests.

When we arrived to our room, it was disgusting. Pubic hair in the shower and tub, black stuff all over the shower wall. Counter tops weren’t wiped down. Towels smelled like nasty mildew. Breakfast buffet is over priced, $34 for one person.
