The only thing I really liked was that the lobby was very clean and sleek. The manager that was on duty at the time of check-in was always very nice. There was no free parking for guest. I cannot believe that a "4star" very expensive hotel with underground parking attached to it did not have free parking for its patrons. I had to pay an additional $210 to park for the week. What a rip. There were huge cockroaches. The first time I made the complaint no one responded. The second time the sink was flooded by maintenance with the explanation that that was how to drain them to go downstairs. How about just getting rid of them. I realize most establishments do not leave microwaves and fridges and coffee pots in rooms since covid, however, once a room is booked, the room should be set up to accommodate the patrons without having to call for service. it is inexcusable that they did not have enough microwaves for each room. I had to wait to receive one, not to mention that the dish in the microwave did not fit. The coffeemaker did not have a carafe, or coffee packets that actually fit the coffee holder, so water came out of the sides. There was tons of shampoo and conditioner, but only 1 body wash - really! Good thing I was able to go to corner Rite aid and buy some. So, my overall experience was not very good. I will never stay there again.

This is during the age of the virus. Much of the hotel was on limited service, I understand that. I had forgotten Westin was a part of Marriott , if I had known that I would never have booked. My last Marriotts stay was extremely unpleasant. I will never stay at a Marriott property again.

Despite arriving to the hotel with my reservation paid in full they charged me for the full amount for my stay TWICE. This put a real dent into my ability to use my credit card not only for my visit but for other things, like bills and they handled it poorly. I had to contact the corporate office to get the situation resolved.

Anxious Mom Getaway

Let start with the bad. I have always paid cash for my stays get there and was told no cash had to pay with credit card or no check in. So the other clerk found my bank only 2 blocks away. Left my teenagers to get ready for their concert went and put all 600 plus in bank. Came back checked in and everything was absolutely wonderful after. Teens had to get to Concert Valet guys gave us several options but suggested subway which got them to concert in 15 minutes and only 2 block walk from hotel. Bartender Tyler and Front desk guy Anthony both recommended a wonderful place for me to have a quiet dinner it was fantastic and a nice short walk. Got caught in rain storm on way back was drenched and the lounge supervisor got me a cup of hot tea no charge. I could go on and on about how much fun we had but there is so much. Forgot how much I loved Philadelphia. We will go back and stay at the Westin Staff was amazing and I work in the Casino business so I know a good staff when I have the pleasure of dealing with them! Good Job Westin
