For the money we were very disappointed. The bathroom was gross, 1/2 roll of TP, wall paper was pealing and was the room needed cleaned. The room was much smaller than the pictures. We have stayed in much better for less.

The 3 rivers view from our 19th floor room was amazing ! The room was satisfactory, no refrigerator which was disappointing but the view made up for it ! I would definitely stay here again . Actually in June ! The location is extremely convenient too !

No hand sanitizer in dispensers by elevators, room did not feel clean and towels old and scratchy. Very disappointed in cost vs. comfort.

The view was very cool. The valet was on his phone and never answered when I called to retrieve my car. The front desk worker had to go tell him. When I got to the front of the hotel, my car was there but was locked. Again, I had to hunt down the valet, WHO WAS ON HIS PHONE and therefore did not see me. Unacceptable.

The view was great and I loved being so close to everything downtown. I did not enjoy the faulty thermostat, the smell, or the dead cockroach in my room.

Very close to PNC park and valley parking helpful with truck. Our room had not looked like it was thoroughly cleaned. There was a chewed piece of bubble gum on the bathroom floor in plain site and the rest of the floor and vanity showed signs of dirt. The room floor also looked like it needed vacuuming. I notified the staff of the gum as we went out to the game. When we arrived back at 10 pm it was still there. Told the hostess of the issue as we checked out and she apologized and removed the valet fee. I feel it was acceptable. I would stay here again as it is a very nice place and close to down town.
