For the most part, things were clean and well-kept and I only had two gripes. Our tub was terribly clogged. Within 15 seconds of turning the water on, water was already backing up in the tub. It was so gross. Also, the walls inside were dilapidated in some parts and looked old and water damaged with peeling wallpaper and pieces of the drywall crumbling. They did, however, start a policy where you have to scan your room key to use the elevator which will hopefully deter outsiders from accessing the room floors.

This is not a suite and the tv is in a weird spot. I thought the room would be bigger. Also the pics online do not represent the hotel. I thought the pool a a glass dome ceiling and it does not. The pool is really small

All staff we encountered was wonderful! Restaurant and lounge never open! Very disappointing! Our last day we were seated for breakfast, went 20 minutes without even being greated
