The hotel itself is neat. A converted Fed reserve bank - complete with vault doors in the lower level. The staff was very attentive. The rooms were well maintained, clean and roomy - we were in 907. Not a great view but still a nice room. The room was relatively quite considering the hotel was full of children of all ages. The hotel is located near the convention center and lots of restaurants. Free hot breakfast was included. The only issue we had was the valet parking. We moved our car from the convention center parking to the valet parking for better access come morning. Valet parking was $37 for night. In the morning we requested our car in the long line of people having cars retrieved. Cars were being retrieved, names called and guests entering their snow free warmed cars. Our name was called out from the valet podium and our key returned. The valet told me my car was outside. I walked outside, found my car in the lot, not running and under 3 inches of snow. Completely covered - not drive-able. It was parked so close to another car I could barley open the drivers door. I went back to the valet podium and told the valet it was unacceptable - the snow needed to be removed. I was told we don't remove snow. Later I asked why the other cars were snow free and was told the other cars were parked off site. My car being a manual was parked in the front in the snow for my convenience. The truth is the valet was lazy. I paid for a valet service I DID NOT get.

A+++ hotel, we'll probably stay here again.
Wonderful hotel, staff was friendly, the amenities were above expectations. Only complaint, no extra rolls of toilet paper and no extra tissues in bathroom. Wife could have also used an actual comforter on the bed, but these are small complaints considering how great everything else was.
