The pool was not open due to Covid. I was unhappy about that.

My room was serviced throughout my 4 day stay. However, glasses were not replaced until I called and neither was the plastic bag for ice bucket, and the coffee dispenser cleaned was not checked or emptied. Bathroom hairdryer was not put away during service. Somewhat disappointing.

Rooms dated. Tub needs replacement. Drawers had dirt in them. Food in restaurants was average. Staff all very welcoming, helpful and eager to serve. Checkin was great.
