The check in experience was very bad. My daughter was not allowed to check in and waited over 3 hours in the lobby. There was confusion about the rate, the incidental hold, etc. There are not enough elevators and there were several instances of waiting a long time for the elevator. One elevator was not functioning. I really did not appreciate the botched check in, it was unnecessary and off-putting. And, while it is not your fault, I found Philadelphia to be dirty and inconvenient for foot traffic with a lot of construction and tables in the street. Your front door staff were very nice and always jumped to open the door. I appreciated the coffee in the lobby. Thank you.
