The check in clerk was not super helpful about where to park, nor was it clear from the website that you had to pay for parking if you did not get the “parking package.” Lock on door was damaged and sheets on one bed stained. Staff handed us more sheets and seemed unconcerned about door lock. Pool needed to be cleaned.
