There's nothing like a wonderful vacation on the river, and this charming home is the ideal place to enjoy some quality time with someone you care about. You'll love the interior's open concept that combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas, and the condo is dressed in burnished floors and attractive decor to make guests feel right at home. After a fun day on a jetty, come back to cook up something special in the full kitchen and enjoy your creation on the dining table that seats four. Be sure to fire up the balcony's private gas grill to throw a little char on today's fresh catch for an alfresco dining experience with spectacular river views. Later, watch a good movie or show on the living room's flatscreen TV before heading up the spiral staircase to get a good night's sleep in the loft's queen-size bed. The living room also includes a double sofa bed for extra guests. You'll have access to a long grassy area with picnic tables and grills lining the river, and the marina and ocean are close by as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
