Thank you for rating the hotel. This breakfast thing has been tough. Since so many had to go to prepackaged items, the supply is not there each time we order. We can't wait to get back to the full breakfast buffet, which should be in about 2 months we are figuring. We hope that you visit again at that time.

Picked this hotel due to being 4.1 * & included, via website a full buffet breakfast. Arrived to find that breakfast was now take & go. A dirty bathroom (tooth paste on the counter) and very noisy.

We are very sorry, due to Covid 19 we are unable to safely have a breakfast buffet. We will inform housekeeping that the bathroom counter was not how it should have been, and find out why it was missed. If there was noise from other guests, I hope that you reported it to the front desk right away so it was addressed. Thank you for letting us know.

THE ROOMS AND PROPERTY ARE USUALLY CLEANER BUT THIS TIME THEY WERE NOT UP TO PAR. SPIDERS AND WEBS WERE EVERY WHERE! I GUESS DUE TO COVID NO ONE HAS CLEANED IN A LONG WHILE. 5 OUT OF 10 ON THIS STAY.

The room we had was ok the curtains were dirty in the living room area and torn in the bedroom. The kitchen area you can tell had water damage and the floor by rhe dish washer was week like you would go through it.

I dint enjoy the way I wanted I’m really disappointed i came all the way from Chicago and got there earlier I was hoping for a early check in and dint happen but I had a very bad like on the bathroom and dint even got a discount
