The staff only was there 12to 8 and not even coffee the room inside and out side was dirty and tv did not work not even facial tissue advertised breakfast nothing

We had to go to office to enter our room the key did not work it was a big hassle don’t know if we will be back again we have stayed at this hotel quiet a few times before the ice machine was broke also bad time

The staff was very helpful and kind. They always had a smile and a friendly word for the guests. The two cleaning ladies were a joy to talk to. I will stay at the Super 8 in Hancock, Maryland, any time I am in the area.
