Nice a quiet !! The only complaint I would have is the smell of cannabis in the hallway outside our room. I know it’s legal in Massachusetts but I can’t stand that smell. The room was beautiful and clean. Will return again

I loved my suite with kitchen, separate living room and bedroom with spectacular views. Gary, particularly was very helpful to me in finding transportation because I do not drive. However, overall the feeling was that the employees (all) truly want to be helpful and are friendly.

Nice decor and clean. Room was cold.

Pros: Very pleasing to the eye and clean.
Cons: At least a breakfast in the mornings and upgrade the heating.
Location: We were visiting family nearby not sites. Closest weekday breakfast is Bob's in Lanesboro which is not very good.
Hotel is beautiful and clean. The room was cold and when you turned up the heat enough to enjoy the sitting room, the bedroom became an oven. Convenience store closed at 7:00 so no where close to get anything after those hours other than vending. No breakfast available on weekdays.

Nice weekend getaway - great value.

Pros: Everything that the resort offered was walking distance and price was great for the value.
Cons: Maybe a small apartment sized range for the suite, but that might be asking too much.
Location: The drive to Pittfield was abt 20 mins but there is a lot in the area; good restaurants, a large mall w/ name stores. Any direction is good things.
We arrived and felt welcomed. Suite was a very comfortable size, clean, and quiet. We were able to park just outside the room. Everything at the resort was walking distance. The views around the property were beautiful. Taking the ski lift to the summit gave even a more enjoyable view. The resort has one main restaurant; more on the higher end and a nice tavern, both offer a good menu. There is a general store and a gift shop. Tennis courts and two pool areas. The grounds were well kept and the parking sufficient. The adventure park and Ariel Park is excellent. I suggest purchasing the "All Park" it allows you to do all they offer, the mountain slide, the mountain coaster, and Ariel park. Just a couple negatives. The stove top was only a 2 coil electric stove"ette", preparing a breakfast was slower than normal. Pittsfield is about a 20 min drive, the Berkshire Mall is about 15 mins. There were a couple good restaurants in Pittfield. Overall would definitely do a trip/weekend here again. Surprisingly, the cost of our meals out and at the resort were not expensive, and still were a good value for the price.
