Roach infested!! There was a live roach on our bed, saw another the next morning crawling on the bedside table. Another small bug on my pillow. Our friend in the room next door saw roaches in her bathtub. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they said they had been “having a problem” with this. So they KNOW about this, have failed to get adequate extermination services AND RENT THE ROOMS OUT ANYWAY! I tried to contact the manager multiple times after our visit by front desk message, by phone and by email, requesting a partial or complete refund for our one night stay. She did not respond. Two email complaints to Wyndham corporate went unanswered. Do not stay here.

Pros: Location to restaraunts
People above us kept me up until after 11 and the pool full of kids next door in the pool as well. Hotel was run down feeling. We have to ask for the towels and wash clothes for the 4 of us that should have been in the room. Small pillows and curtains let too much light in.

Great Place to Stay

Pros: Location and value for the price.
Cons: The rooms need to updated and renovated. The chair was stained, the bathroom area was cramped and poorly organized.
Location: Convenient to shopping and a few restaurants. Located on the by-pass around a major city so also convenient to travel.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet. The room was a bit small for a king but still adequate.

Good Location

Close access to interstate and many restaurants and other businesses. Parking a little scarce. Vanity light inop and tv remote inop but everything else was great!

King suite

We booked two king suites and even called two days before our stay to confern it. Talked to Bryan to make sure we had our rooms next to each other he assured us we would and even gave us the room # . When we arrived we were not giving the two rooms we booked and no king suite. The rooms bath fixtures were rusty and the rooms had a bad oder.
