We enjoyed everything about our stay except the check-in experience. On arriving, I told the desk clerk I was Mr. Dailey but there was no reservation in my name according to her. I had my Travelocity itinerary number but not a full Hampton Inn Confirmation Number. After a half hour trying to get the number from Travelocity, I finally got a number which confirmed my reservation. It was in the name of III, Dailey, Bernard.
