Totally frustrating!
Walked in room. No toilet tissue, none! Opened shower curtain and found 2 used bottles of shampoo and 2 bars of used soap! Refrigerator did not work at all. Hallway was cold enough to hang meat! Never again! On top of all this, there was an envelope near the television asking for tips for the cleanup staff!
