The facilities are dated - carpeting in the halls are worn and stained. Rooms are basic and ok. Only stayed there because we had a dog and needed a facility that would allow us to have her while traveling. Would not pick again.

This was a very eye-opening experience. We encountered many people obviously struggling with addiction. This hotel was so concerning that had we not arrived at 10 pm exhausted, we would have opted to stay somewhere else.

My favorites on staff are the young Brittany on days, and Emma on night. Both of these staff members are the best. I will be back, and truly hope they will still be there as they both are the very best; very helpful and respectful! They made my stay the best it could be.
