Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo with a private balcony and unparalled views of the beach and ocean. The spacious living room has a large flat screen smart TV and a dining table that seats four people. The fully equipped kitchen also has views of the ocean. The master suite has a balcony with ocean views, a king bed and smart television. The second bedroom has a queen bed, bunk beds and smart televison, balcony access. Balcony has a wicker sofa. Amenities include wireless internet, a combo washer and dryer, an oceanfront community outdoor and indoor pool, gym, and park. Easy beach access and close to an elevator. *Sleeps 6: , 1K, 1Q, and twin bunk beds LINENS PROVIDED. Linen Package includes sheets and bath towels for each bed, a bath mat for each bath, and a kitchen towel set) NO SMOKING and NO PETS ALLOWED. Due to Hurricane Florence the indoor pool and hottub is closed for repairs. The outdoor pool will open year round. This rental does not come with toiletries, it is just like renting a beach house, you must bring your own toiletries such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap...etc. **Tenant agrees to pay $25/each for any parking pass /$50 amenty fobs not returned. Less than perfect.
I always enjoy staying at the St. Regis. The location is perfect for a hassle free beach getaway. The condo was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable making my stay less than perfect.

Overall clean, nicely updated place to stay. The 2nd bedroom stayed hotter than the rest of the condo, had to place a floor fan to keep cool and the master bedroom mattress was a little more on the firm side for sleeping.

Great Spot with gorgeous views
The property is gorgeous. Nice community. Great access to pool and private beach. Very clean and listing is extremly accurate. Great response from owner. Only downfall is that the development internet is not great which just meant that the kids had to occupy themselves with the beauty around them and we were unplugged for the trip (not a bad thing). Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Our family had such a wonderful stay here. The condo is exactly as described and pictured, the pool is wonderful, location to the beach is easy and convenient, and Melissa was so incredibly helpful. We will be booking with her again. Any question we had she responded immediately.

The property was exactly like advertised on the site. The condo was clean and was ready before the check-in time of 4. The beach was beautiful, the water was just the right temperature. It was a great place to slow down and spend time with the family.

Beautiful oceanside vacation
This condo was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Everyone relaxed and slept well while enjoying time by the ocean. Perfect space for a family of five. Nice little touches with the games, bunk beds, and even some beach toys. Modern ammenities with a laid-back feel. We had an amazing time and would love to come back.
