Desert Getaway
We visited Las Cruces with many other members of my family to help downsize an estate of my late father who lived there. This was an amazing and conveneint location. Very comfortable, updated, and CLEAN! Most rentals will restrict part of the property but this one even gave us access to the garage which allowed us to back our trailer with family heirlooms in it. Would most definitely stay again!

Poor communication and misleading advertising
According to the description when booking this house you are getting a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. Once booking it charges an additional $20 per day per person for any more than two people staying. The other bedrooms will also have a key lock on them and no access. When I reached out to the owner to clarify the situation she was rude about it, told me if I didn’t like her rules to contact VrBo and then eventually stopped responding. I ended up having to contact VrBo just to get her to respond to me. Very poor management and very misleading add. The house was clean and no issues once inside but would not recommend.

We had a great stay. Monica's home is extremely clean and comfortable. She has thought of everything in the kitchen and that was so appreciated. Enjoyed the neighborhood and location. Thank you for sharing your home!

Startling at first, Good in the middle and Disappointing at the end
We thought that we were booking a three bedroom, two bathroom house, when we arrived, we found one bedroom, and two locked doors. When I called the owner she said I only listed two people, so I only needed one bedroom. I explained that we thought had we booked three bedrooms she gave me the door codes. and insisted that we have no other guests. After we left she texted that she was charging an additional fee for undisclosed guest. but we had no other guest. We slept in separate rooms, and used the third one for luggage etc. I would like the additional charge back.

Tidy three bedroom
This was a comfortable place to stay. The Kitchen was very well equipped with utensils. Bedrooms were spacious and clean. I was very pleased to have use of the garage. Bathrooms were small but nice.

Just need a place locally...
This small 3bedroom /two bath home was very appropriate size property for are needs.. the house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood ..beds where very comfortable... Monica the owner does a good job keeping it up. We had extend for an extra night.. owner was very understanding..
