Noisy

Pros: Nice decor, clean room, price was very reasonable.
Cons: More responsive staff in handling situation.
Got to the room early evening to relax & enjoy a quiet night out. At 6pm until late night had to listen to heavy metal music blasting. Called front desk 3 times to complain with no results. I had to suggest moving rooms. Obviously, hotel staff cared more about 1 loud disruptive annoying customer than the rest of the guests. If you want a peaceful night sleep would not recommended this place.

Comfortable stay

Pros: The location was spot on to where we needed to go. Desk personal was very friendly and always helpful.
Cons: Housekeeping. Our room was not bad, but, my daughter and son-in-law had some issues with the cleanliness of their room. Wi-Fi kept dropping signal.
Location: At the top of main street, with restaurants, service station/store in walking distance. Mine tours only five minutes away. Ten minutes from Deadwood
We traveled for a dance performance at the opera house there in Lead SD, and stayed at Copper Mountain Resort for the time we were there. It was a welcoming atmosphere and the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel with friendly staff.

Pros: Quiet
We broke down on the way and had no trouble checking in despite that it was 2 a.m. Our dogs were welcome (pet friendly), too.

Nice place to stay

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Days Inn had just taken over this hotel, so things were still in transition. In the room, everything was in place but not all of the appliances, lamps, etc. were hooked up. It was a very nice room, but was a little disappointed in that the bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner. All in all, a great value.
