disappointed, entertainment at different location, paid $421 a night and had to go to another resort which very long walk from our room and I walk with a cane! Everything was a LONG WALK. Only one ice machine at other end of hall and down 5 floors!! Went 2 days before we got chairs on our lanai, bourbon liquor not available, reque4sted decaf coffee and never received and called 3 times to get coffee in our room. Our transportation to the airport gave us wrong info and we were waiting in lobby when they came and finally found out they had arrived 1 hour before they told us so we had to pay $80 for a taxi!! This is not acceptable as transportation was part of the all inclusive - we should be reimbursed for their error and our risk of missing our flight!! Only buffet for breakfast and food choices were quite limited at all restaurants. This resort is definately not designed for anyone with physical handicap. Would not go again or recommend.
