I would come again! The palace was right on the beach and not a crowded as the Santa Fe. I had to ask for a extension cord since we had 2 cpap machines for bedside.

Staff was great in the dining areas. Pool side drink service was good and non existent at times. Alexus was so helpful and friendly along with Ruih ( incorrect spelling) he worked in the Italian place most days. The Italian dining was my very place to eat.

Absolutely fantastic location, our view was spectacular of the arch and rock outcroppings. Food was so so but certainly edible. Overall, a great experience.

All staff encountered were very friendly and professional. The ocean views from some of the resort restaurants were amazing. The dinner buffet were some of the best food we had while staying at this resort. Lastly, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and the overall appearance of the resort. We will be back in the near future.

This is our 4th time at Riu Palace in Cabo. We love it here. We have even gotten to know some of the staff. It is nice to know they enjoy working there as much as we enjoy visiting. We will be back.

Traveled as a couple for a birthday celebration. The food was great at the buffet, many options and fresh. The steakhouse was full within an hour of opening and we didn’t get to try it and they don’t take reservations. Staff was friendly! The Rui pool party was a lot of fun! Top shelf alcohol options are available but only if you ask. We only saw a handful of kids at this property and with access to the other hotels next door, we headed over to the adult only section and had a blast! You can’t swim at the beach in front of the hotel however if you want down a bit, swimming is an option.

The resort was great- staff were nice and the dining options were amazing. I did end up getting very sick though, so not sure if it was because I took in too much water or something else. There was one day where there was no running water for most of the day which wasn’t great.

The property was great, service, staff however the entertainment was lacking. Yes they had the Riu Party next door however if you’re a bit older you can only handle so much it really targeted the 20 year old crowd. The entertainment at the Palace ended by 9pm and often was just a piano player. Having some entertainment in the upstairs lobby bar which is such a lovely setting until at least 10pm would have made the trip so much better. Quite often we didn’t finish having dinner until 9pm and by that time the hotel was very sleepy. Also some music in the restaurants and some dimmed lighting would have added to the ambience. Without it they felt more like eating in a higher end buffet. I do have to say that the chefs were so accommodating to prepare gluten free menu and went out of their way to ensure we had enough options to eat it was fantastic.
