Terrible customer service

I booked our stay for the 7th via cell phone upon check in ft desk stated no reservations for us til the 16th told me he cannot help me call travelocity - they said can't help you I explained I was at the hotel they again said cannot change the date- ft desk said cannot help you- NICE we headed home a day early I will never stay at Days Inn or use Travelocity Paid for a room never used!!!!!

Use it when in area and will continue

Simple! Nice hotel, easy to convention centr and airport.  Quick to downtown and food just a mile away.  Great little hotel!

Good little place for the area

Pros: easy overnighter, access
Cons: Nothing close
Nice little hotel with clean rooms for an overnight visit to Louisville. Location has limited access to restaurants for local use. Downtown is 5 miles north and airport or conv. center the same south with easy bypass access at the exit ramp. Hope you'all don't make it too busy for me to just drop in on this place.

stay away form t he bathroom faucets

The bathroom faucets were difficult for 8 year old daughter to handle. I myself had an unfortunate incounter w/the faucets during the wee hours of the morning. I attempted to turn off the faucets when my thumb slipped off the handle and my nail halfway down. It's been 3 days since I injured my thumb and I'm still wearing a stint on my finger while patiently waiting for the re-growth of my nail. This experience alone will guarantee my never staying at any other Days Inn.
