Very much enjoyed our stay. I am disabled & use a walker. Had a very hard time getting into pool area because of the door-my walker had to be folded up to fit through the door. Otherwise, great hotel!

The room was visibly dirty. There was dust all over the walls. The bed was so hard, it was impossible to sleep on. Sheets had visible stains. I have been here a couple of other times and knew it was not a 5 star hotel but this was the worst stay of the 3. The only improvement made was the breakfast was much better than in the past.

Good price and close to casino.
It's a great price...clean room, and had a decent night's sleep....but definitely needs renovation to finish up..it has been "under construction for a couple years now, but dont seem ever see change. I do have to say that the breakfast area looked nice.

Front desk was wonderful and friendly. The room was quite clean and good enough for the amount I paid and the fact that it was midwinter. If anything, a little bit more dusting, but there’s no way I would complain. Everything worked. The bed was very comfortable. They had free breakfast and free coffee. I could not ask for more I would definitely go back to this hotel. They said they’re also doing a lot of renovations!

We always stay here when we come to Manistee. We like it. They’re under construction so it was a little inconvenient but doable. There was makeup all over the hair dryer. Kinda gross, but I cleaned it off. I wish they put more towels in the bathroom, otherwise it’s good.

Not a bad place for the price. Kind of dated and small shower and bathroom but was clean with friendly staff. Pool needs to be warmer. Parking lot and grounds not clean, cigarette butts and trash on ground.
