We're staying at the hotel for transit. The check-in process was very quick, which was very helpful because we checked in very late. Our room was on the third floor. When the elevator door opened, we were surprised to see the front desk agent right in front of us. She said she ensured we could get out of the elevator. I wish she could have told us beforehand, as we wouldn't have minded taking the stairs. Instead, she had to run to the third floor to beat the elevator. Although, we appreciate what she did. In the morning we’re informed that sometimes it works sometime doesn’t. They should put up a sign for guests not to use the elevator to avoid getting stuck in it. If you didn’t like their breakfast menu, their location is great near by the best diner. I would go there again and take stairs next time.

Property was in a great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. Room was very clean and quiet and check in and out was very quick. Property was clean and well lit. Only downside is they do allow dogs ( not a problem) and let them in the dinning area and next to the food. I would recommend this hotel.

From check in to departure the staff was kind and welcoming. Traveling alone I was not comfortable staying on the ground floor but my gentle at the counter did not bat an eye when I asked to be moved to a higher floor. He was very accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. The rate was very, very reasonable and much less than other similar hotels in the area. It was booked though Expedia. I'd definitely return again.

Had a great stay, room was spotless and comfortable. Very nice staff, we talked to Lisa twice and she was wonderful. The guy that checked us in (sorry i forgot your name) was very polite and professional. This will be our "go-to" place to stop when we're traveling.
