You and your family can enjoy the exclusivity this property will give you, away from the heart of Marathon but yet only 15 minutes from stores and restaurants. Viamarhe is its own little resort, with kayaks, life jackets, and fishing rods at your disposal, volleyball ground, basketball hoop, soccer net, giant chess game, corn hole tables, outdoor bowling, and table games: Domino, Billiards, Ping-Pong, Darts, and Foosball. You can also use our provided sand buckets and toy shovels to create your own sand castles. When you're done with the day’s activities you can start dinner on the propane and a charcoal BBQ grill, cook up some s’mores on the fire pit, or sit around the bonfires watching the waves roll in. Our house was made with family comfort and entertainment in mind. The home inside features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, living room, and dining area. Two of the bedrooms have a flat-screen tv and a view of the ocean. The kiddies' first bedroom has two cute nautical theme bunk beds (full on the bottom and twin on the top). You may have two boats on trailers up to 35 ft on the property with extra room to park two vehicles.
The nearest boat ramp is on mm54, Key West is approximately 50 miles away, Marathon Airport is approximately 3 miles away, Islamorada is approximately 25 miles away in addition to multiple places to enjoy such as Seaquarium, restaurants and much more.
